I’ve had the privilege of working for some long-standing fortune 500 companies such as Johnson and Johnson’s Ethicon division, and Revlon, Inc. It’s with these time-tested companies that I learned core business strengths, strong work ethics, and superior customer service skills to better help my customers achieve their goals. I was fortunate to work for companies that instilled these virtues in their sales personnel and I had hoped to find a similar company to work for in South Florida.
When my family and I moved to South Florida in 2005, it was in the height of the real estate market boom. Home buyers placing multiple bids on properties was commonplace. Buying a home reached a competitiveness the likes of which my family and I had never seen. Indeed, we were outbid on a home we very much wanted. However, when the deal fell through, our real estate agents, John Poletto and Mark Nestler, were able to react quickly and get the home for us. Through it all, they remained calm, knowledgeable, and extremely competent. They made a hectic time, not just bearable, but an overall good experience. It’s been a memorable ten years in that home: good neighbors, great location, and an active lifestyle. We are grateful for the hard work John Poletto and Mark Nestler made for us in that home purchase
It’s this personal experience that drew me to work for Nestler Poletto Sotheby’s International Realty. It’s an honor to work for not only a leader in the real estate industry, but also for two founders who epitomize the same work philosophy that I had hoped for: work hard and with integrity; learn as much knowledge as you can and utilize that knowledge best for your customer, while providing superior customer service.
Moving can be made easier with a realtor who earnestly has your best interest at heart. I hope to work with you on your next home move.

"I wanted to thank you for your incredible support in selling my home. Your ability to assess the market, help prepare my property and family for the sale, and your professionalism and diligence throughout the process truly exceeded my expectations, and was a tremendous help. The speed at which this all happened was better than I could have imagined; receiving the offer in the first weekend of showing was more than I had thought possible." --Sang Chirdchid, customer
"Working closely with eight construction workers and a multiple number of subcontractors, Ms. McMurray-Aiello was able to negotiate contracts, and transform my office. I felt comfortable working with April. She is decisive, an active listener, and above all, a pleasure to work with." --Professor Van Landeghem, customer
"I would highly recommend April be given an opportunity to achieve any goal." --David Brandstetter, previous employer
